How do I claim my notary profile?
Visit our profile claiming page to search for your listing and verify your identity. The process is free and only takes a few minutes.
My commission information is incorrect. How do I fix it?
Our data comes directly from state Secretary of State records. If your commission information is incorrect in our directory, it may need to be updated at the state level first. Contact us at data@signingscout.com and we will investigate.
I want to remove my listing. Is that possible?
Notary commission records are public information maintained by state governments. While we cannot remove records that appear in official state databases, we can help you claim your profile so you control what additional information is displayed.
